1. Order Processing Time

All orders are treated with the highest priority.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our UK facility.

We partner with premium carriers (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure secure delivery.

3. International Shipping

As we establish the VITAVORA standard, we currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact our concierge team at support@vitavorawellness.com

4. Discreet & Sustainable Packaging

To protect your privacy and our environment, all VITAVORA products are shipped in robust, eco-conscious packaging. Our "Forest Green" aesthetic ensures your delivery arrives with the same sophistication you expect from our products.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer. However, we provide fully tracked services for your peace of mind.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours.

We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Due to our rapid processing speed, we are generally unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on returning unopened items.
